How to Tie-Dye Tissue Paper

This clever idea comes from our fellow crafters across the pond. It's tie-dyed tissue paper! To make some, you'll need to gather the following:
- white tissue paper
- food coloring or permanent inks
- small dishes, or small plastic pots from the recycling bin
- rubber bands
