5 Minute Zip-Lock Ice Cream

Here's another fast and easy ice cream recipe to put in your 5-minute-ice-cream recipe stash. And YES, it's really made with zippy bags! (Some of you might have made this treat as a kid. Alas, I did not.)
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup milk or half & half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons rock salt
- 1 pint-sized plastic zippy bag
- 1 gallon-sized plastic zippy bag
- ice cubes
