Ugly Plastic Mirror = Shabby Chic Bulletin Board

Monica over at Crafty Nest took a very unattractive plastic mirror and turned it into a shabby chick bulletin board. Her supplies included:
- a large plastic picture frame (a great goal item for your next thrift store/rummage sale outing)
- homasote board (find a local dealer here)
- fabric
- polyester batting
- spray paint (formulated for plastic, like Krylon Fusion)
- wide grosgrain ribbon
- drawer pulls (also a potential rummage sale item)
- 1- 1/2" long hanger bolt
- furniture nails or thumbtacks
- newspaper
