How to Decorate Your Own Tea Set

By DIY Maven

Using two cups and saucers she found at her local thrift store, Aya created a one-of-a-kind tea set. Can't draw? Aya suggests writing a poem or a favorite quote on your dishes instead.

This would also be a great way to customize the rims of your plates and soup bowls.  Do a geometric pattern around the rim or some simple ivy.  Or use it to personalize plates for kids.  Buy some plain mixing bowls and spice them up as a gift.
