Started in 2004 by two architecture experts, The Modern House Estate Agents has property listings that are rather staggering--both for their beauty and for their price tags. Although the firm's current inventory is mostly populated by homes in the UK, they also have properties in the USA, France and Spain as well. Perusing their offerings, which include stunning pictures and PDFs of floor plans, is kind of like going on an international Parade of Homes.
Check out this kitchen located on Berry Street, Clerkenwell, London. The 2,694 sq ft property is priced at £2,400,000 or approximately $3,420,000 US.
This elevated affair, located in Phoenix, AZ is quite remarkable too, and at $1,250,000, it's a bit more affordable.
Or how about this roof terrace of Casa Atalaya, Alicante, Spain? Its list price is £795,000 or €850,000 or $1,114,000.
