How to make a 'snap' fabric box.

By DIY Maven

My Little Mochi has a very fun--and slightly odd--tutorial on how to make one of these fabulous 'snap' boxes. Why is it slightly odd? Because it's written in pidgin.

To make one, you'll need:

  • a plate (paper or otherwise)
  • a piece of paper that's a bit larger than the plate
  • a pencil/pen
  • a scissors
  • two complimentary fabrics
  • stiff interfacing
  • fabric marking tool & paper
  • straight pins
  • four snaps
  • needle and coordinating thread

To see the assembly process, follow this jump.
