Totally DIYable Wine Cooler Sleeves

Check out these cheeky Wine Sleeves from Urban Outfitters. They're 4.5" in diameter and 12" high and at 20 bucks a piece they're not too expensive, BUT a trip to Good Will could produce the goods to make several for that price! If I were making one, I'd fit the shirt sleeve inside the suit sleeve, pin them in place, turn them inside out and then sew a seam across the bottom, as suggested in the pic below. What to do with the middle part of the garments? Make pillows out of them, like these or these.
