The Cheapskate's Way to Celebrate Halloween
By DIY Maven'
The other day while at Target, I overheard a boy say to his mother, “Can we buy a Halloween costume this year?” To which his mother replied, “After Halloween.” Ahhh, a woman after my own heart, shopping for the holiday after it’s over thereby scoring some sweet deals. But in this economic climate–if you haven’t heard, it’s in the toilet–who wants to spend cash on next year’s Halloween? Heck, by then the good ole U.S. of A. might suspend such holidays due to the next great depression. So, to get something new (to please the kids) and free (to please your pocketbook) you might want to peruse these printable sites.
