How to Paint a Stair Runner in 4 Steps

Domino has a great tutorial on how to add significant impact to a ho-hum staircase by painting a faux runner down the center of the stairs. In four steps, which include creating a well-prepared base, painting the runner, adding a border and then sealing, you’ll have a faux carpet that looks great and will be much easier to keep clean than a no-faux carpet.
