How to Make a Sun Jar

Sun Jars have popped up on several posts here on Curbly. They were the store-bought kind, but now, thanks to Not Martha, we can make our own! Supplies are minimal and include:

an Ikea Slom Jar, size small, $3
a single Malibu brand solar garden light, $10
one can of glass frosting spray
Blue Tak or a sticky equivalent
