Free home plans that build better neighborhoods.

The Building Better Neighborhoods program of the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund has assembled home plans that cultivate better neighborhoods. The plans, which include green designs, play up curb appeal and down play obtrusive garages that are found on many typical starter homes. Each home was designed to fit on a modest-sized lot of 40 to 50 feet wide (without an attached garage), which consequently keeps costs down.
