How to embellish a plain candle--in about a minute.

Craft Ark has a quick technique to embellish plain pillar candles. Supplies are minimal and include metal daisy embellishments and split pins.



Simply bend the petals of the daisies; hold daisies to candle and then push a split pin (brad) through their center holes and into the candle.

Although the effect is great, I’d consider using glass or metal beads for even more variety, embellishment-wise. OR you could just use decorative brads or brad buddy combos like these:

What a cute little idea. It's so easy and it never really occured to me before. Since I'm all about sparkles and glam, I would even suggest using some jewels as embellishments along with the flowers.
