DIY-able ‘Box’ Furniture

By DIY Maven

Calling Peter Marigold’s ‘Box Legs’ creations furniture might be a stretch, but they are oddly appealing. Created in response to modern-day consumers’ attachment to cartons in which held electrical equipment just ‘in case’ the said components had to be returned, Box Legs are fitted together using a string tourniquet that is in turn attached to legs creating ‘a piece of luxury furniture.’ Cheeky, to be sure, but this comes from the same designer that brought us ‘Prop.’ Anyhoo, fitting together fruit crates could be an interesting addition to...say...a craft room. It would be great for storing all that leftover yarn.
