According to the listing agents, this price is not unreasonable considering its location and the fact that the home is an icon of sorts.
Believe me, this is not a sales pitch, but because this big beautiful dame is for sale, it means we get to see glimpses of her interior–I say as I rub my hands together. Why is getting a look at her insides so momentous? Because this privately-owned home is a landmark around here. Tour buses drive by so that out-of-towners may ogle her.
