I use these great Terracotta spikes to water my balcony garden. They use an emptied wine bottle to store the water, and the terracotta meters the water into the soil at the rate the soil needs to stay moist. the best thing is that you only have to fill the wine bottles about once a week, so my plants aren't dying do to neglect anymore!
