Don't It Yourself?
By ChrisjobThis photo, with an adequate warning and shaming from DIYLife, elicits an important question:

What should you never do yourself?
Clearly, you shouldn't duct tape your baby to a wall, whether you do it yourself or with assistance.
But what tasks or repairs do you think absolutely must go to a professional? Intense electrical or gas work? Masonry? House cleaning?

Heh, guess this is where age does beget some wisdom...or at least experience! I pay someone to do all those things which take 10-12 years study, plus all the right tools, and must be done every day to keep current.
So, that would be: injections, surgery, plumbing, drywall, major electrical (I'm still safe to change my own lightbulbs. Mostly. Almost any day...) paving, roofing and car maintenance.
I've tried my hand at pretty much all that stuff...even washing an elephant (but she helped)...and now I let the experts do it, LOL!
Saves money in the long run, too.

Holy sh*t....that pic is too funny!!! Love the woobie stuck up there to keep baby company! HA!!
(Anything that could kill you might require a pro. That's why they get paid the big bucks. Also, plumbing, although usually NOT dangerous, can be a royal pain if you end up with a drip/leak. Arg.)
