What to do?

I would like to change so many things in my house, but I stop myself. Why am I? We are looking for a new house. But since we already have a house, it is not a hurry for us to find a place to live. So we are waiting for the good one.

But during this time, I would like to change many things in my actual house, but I do nothing cause I might sell it. When? We don't know. It's been one year that we are searching. Soon or later we'll find one, but can you imagine what I could have done in a year!

I have to reason myself, doing nothing is a money and time saving. On the other side, improving a house, helps selling it...

In conclusion, I can't wait to find a new house. (Or maybe we will renovate it out).

Decisions decisions!

I think any improvements you can make that are actually improvements and don't involve large sums of cash or time you should go ahead and do, or not because actually most of the time I to have trouble coming to a complete decision about anything although I tend to just jump in head first.

I hope I said what I thought I meant to say.

Please continue the story I just get too worked up over cliffhangers.

That's a miserable situation to be in. I suggest getting out of it one way or other -- pick a date by which you'll be out or decide to stay and cozey up the place you have now.
