Cool! Just be safe. Don't give out your address to anyone but the person coming, and know the area that the Freecycle listing is for. If it's a high-crime area, think about having a big husky guy-friend over when the person is due to come. I live in a really low-crime area, so the risk is low, to my knowledge. Also, don't let out when you won't be home, like, don't say "I won't be home tomorrow afternoon, but I'll leave the item out for you." It's generally o.k. to leave the item out though, if you think it won't be stolen first.
