I live with my wife & 2 children (both boys, aged 9 and 7) in a Victorian terraced house in Banbury, UK. We think the house was built in 1899. We've owned the house about 12 years now, and have done a lot of work on it. I like DIY but I tend to have problems getting jobs finished. :-)

The last thing I bought for the house was a really nice dishwasher, a Miele G 2872 SCVi. I was fed up with the previous dishwasher, which wasn't doing a very good job. Then it did the decent thing and broke down completely.

We've just had the professionals in to finish the kitchen, a DIY project I started years ago. We've now got a nice tiled floor with underfloor heating, and the walls are tiled up to the cupboards and painted above them. I also installed a new suspended ceiling which looks very good.
