I am a mixed media artist/grad student who owns the business, "Arte Alterado" in the San Francisco Bay Area.  My thing is repurposing recycled items to turn them into art. I do mosaics, paint, make art furniture, jewelry...You name it!   I've been a free lance decorator/designer, a caterer, a writer.  I do faux finishes, furniture makeovers and creative coloring for homes.
