I'm your typical Husband, Father, and Computer Geek, on a quest to make unique functional things for my house that are inexpensive (I didn't list rich in this sentence).  I am a creative soul that works best under stressful situations... In other words, if it ain't broke I'm not going to fix it. 

I found a considerable amount of things on the web that have helped me and I've always wanted to give back.  So I've joined this lil' community to share my experiences as I move into my new house and elaborate on things that I'm trying to improve (or make worse based on your own opinion).

 I'll have more MEDIA type content as I post.  I'm limited at work because of firewalls and other security features that are used to restrict me from divulging about top secret products my company is putting together.

How to Secure Autographed Sports Memorabilia

The house I just purchased has a sweet setup in the basement with a bar and storage area.  Everything is pretty much done in neutral colors along with a light wood color for accent on trim, bar stools, and cabinets within the bar. Now, I have a collection of autographed sports memorabilia going back to when I was 9 years old (28 now) and I would love to display them.  I have them in their appropriate collectors casing of see thru UV protection boxes etc.  The simple solution is make a shelf and or some sort of border around the room. ... »MORE
