Luna Fabrics is one of my favorite modern fabric companies and now that Apartment Therapy gave us a peek inside the Luna showroom at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, I’m more infatuated than ever.
First of all, LOVE the drapes. You may say “too busy” but that’s one fabric I think I could live with for a while.
Next, how about this horizontal black and white striped console/buffet piece? Very DIY-able on any number of pieces you already have or could find at a thrift store. Not limited to black and white, a piece like this really grabs some attention, think about the color possibilites.
The pillows are bright, charming, and super easy to make. It may be tough DIY-ing a big bold black and white rug, but I’ve got some ideas about how you could get the look for less.
ApartmentTherapy summed up eight design elements worth copying at home and I have to agree 100%. Remember that Modern-Fabrics.com sells bolt ends of Luna fabrics for a fraction of the retail price.
