How To: 7 Shot Glasses Made out of Food

by on Mar 29, 2013

I’m suffering from a severe case of spring fever, and these shot glasses aren’t helping. (Although the alcohol they hold would probably alleviate the situation in the short term.) Fun, fresh and festive, they’re perfect for the patio, the beach or poolside. Pair them up with the accompanying shot recipes, and you have a match made in heaven.

First up are these super juicy watermelon shots from She Knows. To make the glasses themselves, use a 1 1/2″ ice cream scoop. The treat inside is watermelon margaritas!

Cherry tomato shooters offer up bloody mary shots, and the cucumber shot glasses serve up cucumber-mint cocktails. Click here to see both how-tos and recipes.

If you don’t feel like carving, the ShotCarver makes quick work of turning an apple into a shot glass. Buy it here.
